Where are your products shipped from?

All orders are processed and shipped from our Sydney based warehouse. 

 

Where are your products made?

Our products are manufactured responsibly in China to the highest quality specifications using robotic machinery to achieve precise dimensions.

 

Is the Cocktail Shaker leakproof ?

Yes! Our cocktail shakers have been designed to be leakproof. The top lid is screw- on allowing for an easy one twist action which allows for easy removal.

The mid-section incorporates a durable silicone seal to ensure a leakproof shake every time !

 

I have arthritis and have had problems with opening lids with other cocktail shakers I have purchased, will I have an issue with this one ? 

 

The YDRINK cocktail shaker has been put through rigorous manufacturing tests & inspections. We can assure you that the fit is precise for the sealing purpose it requires for all types of liquids used in them.

To assist people with arthritis we also highly recommend a light smear of cooking oil on the silicone seal which makes it even easier to disassemble the cocktail shaker without comprimising its sealing properties. It will also help to preserve & maintain the silicone seal.

 

If the silicone seal on my Cocktail Shaker  gets damaged or wears out, can it be replaced ?

Yes! Whilst the shaker is made using a durable silicone seal, over time and after making many cocktails the seal may need replacing due to normal wear & tear. Replacement seals are available by contacting us at sales@ydrink.shop 

 

Can I use hot liquids in the cocktail shaker ?

No! the shaker is intended for cold liquid use only. Adding a hot liquid will increase pressure build up inside the shaker which in turn may cause harm i.e burns if this pressure is released.

 

Can the cocktail shaker and tumblers be placed in the dishwasher ?

Whilst our products are all dishwasher safe, we highly recommend hand washing the cocktail shaker and tumblers. This will ensure the polish and powder coating is not damaged by hard/abrasive washing detergents.

  

Does the surface of my Cocktail Shaker / Tumbler scratch easily ?

A number of our products are powder coated which is the most durable paint option available however they do need to be treated with care. The coating can chip or scratch if dropped, exposed to sharp objects or washed with a rough dish scrubber. Signs of regular wear and tear may also appear over time.

It is also of utmost importance to us that our manufacturers have environmentally friendly practises and that the impact on our planet to produce the goods is as low as possible.
